Our mission is to produce and distribute resources that spread a passion for the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of all peoples through Jesus Christ. The following areas of ministry are the ways we carry out that mission.
What does Desiring God do?
Website
On our website you will find hundreds of resources and products to help you find your joy in God. In our resource library you will find hundreds of sermons, articles, online books, biographies, seminars, and other resources to read, listen, and watch—all without charge. In our store you will find all of John Piper’s books and many CD albums, MP3s, and DVDs of his messages available for purchase.
Radio
Desiring God Radio is our online-only radio program that airs Monday - Thursday. The programs consist of John Piper's sermon bracketed by in-studio discussion between John Piper and the co-host, Bob Allen.
Conferences
Each year, we do four conferences: A fall national conference in Minneapolis, a winter pastors conference, and two regional conferences in other cities. See our events section for more information.
John Piper's Speaking

Children Desiring God
Through Children Desiring God, we write and publish children's curriculum for Sunday school, mid-week, and backyard Bible club use.
International Outreach
Desiring God is working to expand access to the teaching of John Piper to those outside of the United States.
The Bethlehem Bookstore
In addition to making our resources available online and throughout the world, we run a local, full-sized church bookstore specializing in Reformed and Puritan authors, called The Bethlehem Bookstore.
Desiring God is a ministry of Bethlehem Baptist Church, where John Piper is lead pastor for preaching.
