Why don’t your podcasts and audio play on my iPod?

Our audio is formatted in mono, not stereo. This causes some iPods to not recognize it if there are any EQ settings on. Turn your iPod’s EQ off (Main Menu > Settings > EQ > Off), and our audio should work. (You may need to turn the iPod off and then on again.)
